1. ABOUT THESE TERMS

These Terms apply to websites, landing pages, programs, memberships, courses, communities, events, live sessions, digital resources and services operated by Authentic Truth Coaching and Training.

This includes, where applicable, The Skool of Love - For Women.

Additional terms may apply to a specific program, membership, event or purchase. Where specific terms are provided at the time of purchase or registration, those specific terms form part of your agreement with us.

2. EDUCATIONAL PURPOSE ONLY

Our content, programs, memberships, live sessions, Clinics, courses, resources and communications are provided for educational and personal-development purposes.

They are intended to help you better understand relationships, dating, communication, attraction, personal patterns and related topics.

Nothing we provide is intended to replace professional medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal, financial or other licensed professional advice.

You are responsible for seeking appropriate qualified professional advice where required.

3. PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY

You participate in our websites, programs, memberships and services voluntarily.

You are responsible for your own choices, actions, decisions and results.

Any ideas, strategies, perspectives, exercises or recommendations we provide should be considered in the context of your own circumstances.

You agree to use your own judgement before applying information to your relationship, dating life, family, health, finances or other areas of your life.

4. NO GUARANTEE OF RESULTS

We are committed to providing high-quality education, guidance and resources, but we do not guarantee any particular result.

Relationship outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including your circumstances, decisions, actions, consistency, partner or dating prospects, timing and other individual factors.

Testimonials, client stories or examples shared by us illustrate individual experiences and should not be interpreted as a guarantee that you will achieve the same or similar results.

5. THE SKOOL OF LOVE - FOR WOMEN

The Skool of Love - For Women may include free and paid membership levels, educational content, programs, resources, live classes, Relationship & Dating Clinics, community participation and other services.

Features, membership levels, content, schedules, access arrangements and inclusions may change over time as the platform evolves.

We reserve the right to add, remove, modify or restructure content, features or membership inclusions where reasonably necessary.

Where material changes affect a paid membership, we will aim to provide reasonable notice where practicable.

6. WAITLISTS AND FOUNDING MEMBERS

Joining a waitlist does not create a paid membership or guarantee admission to any program, membership level or service.

It also does not guarantee a particular price, membership tier, place, launch date or Founding Member position unless expressly stated.

Where Founding Member places are offered, eligibility will be determined according to the conditions communicated at launch.

Founding Member benefits, if any, will be clearly stated when membership opens.

7. MEMBERSHIPS AND SUBSCRIPTIONS

Some services may be offered on a recurring subscription basis.

Where a recurring subscription applies:

The price and billing frequency will be disclosed before purchase.

Payments may be charged automatically until cancelled.

Access may be suspended if payment fails or becomes overdue.

Cancellation terms will be provided at the time of purchase.

Cancelling a subscription prevents future renewal charges but does not automatically create a right to refund previous payments unless required by law or expressly stated in the specific offer.

8. PURCHASES

If you purchase a product, program, membership or service, you may be required to provide information including your name, email address, phone number, billing information and payment details.

You agree that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorised to use the payment method provided.

Specific pricing, payment plans, inclusions and purchase conditions will be displayed before checkout.

9. REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS

10. LIVE SESSIONS, CLASSES AND CLINICS

Live sessions, classes and Relationship & Dating Clinics may be scheduled at particular times and may be changed, rescheduled or cancelled where reasonably necessary.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, attendance at a live session does not guarantee that your personal question or situation will be addressed.

Where recordings are provided, availability and access periods may vary.

11. COMMUNITY PARTICIPATION

If you participate in one of our communities, you agree to communicate respectfully and responsibly.

You must not:

Harass, threaten, abuse or intimidate other members.

Post unlawful, defamatory, discriminatory, obscene or harmful content.

Solicit or advertise products or services without permission.

Share another member’s private or personal information.

Copy, record or distribute another member’s posts, stories or contributions outside the community without permission.

Interfere with the operation or safety of the community or platform.

We reserve the right to moderate content and remove or suspend members where behaviour is seriously disruptive, unsafe, unlawful or inconsistent with these standards.

Where a paid member is removed for serious misconduct, any refund will be determined in accordance with applicable law and the specific membership terms.

12. PRIVACY AND CONFIDENTIALITY

Community members may voluntarily share personal relationship experiences, questions or stories.

You agree to respect the privacy of other participants.

You must not share identifiable information, screenshots, recordings or personal stories belonging to other members outside the community without their permission.

We will handle personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

13. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content created by Authentic Truth Coaching and Training, including text, videos, lessons, frameworks, course materials, graphics, exercises, downloads, recordings, presentations, worksheets and other resources, is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, all rights are reserved.

You may access and use our content for your own personal, non-commercial use.

You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, resell, republish, modify, upload, share, teach, licence or commercially exploit our content without prior written permission.

You may not remove or alter copyright, trademark or proprietary notices.

14. RECORDINGS

Some live classes, events or Clinics may be recorded.

Where recording occurs, we will make reasonable efforts to inform participants.

By voluntarily speaking or participating in a recorded session after being informed that recording is taking place, you acknowledge that your contribution may appear in that recording.

Where appropriate, we may edit recordings or remove identifying information before reuse.

If a particular recording arrangement requires additional consent, we may request it separately.

15. TRADEMARKS

Names, logos, program names, branding, service marks and other identifying materials associated with Authentic Truth Coaching and Training remain the property of their respective owners.

Nothing in these Terms gives you permission to use our trademarks, branding or business identity without written permission.

16. WEBSITE USE

You may not use our websites or platforms:

For unlawful or fraudulent purposes.

To introduce viruses, malware or harmful code.

To interfere with or damage the operation of the website or platform.

To gain unauthorised access to systems or data.

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify Authentic Truth Coaching and Training against losses, claims, liabilities or reasonable legal costs arising directly from:

Your infringement of another person’s rights.

Content you post or distribute through our platforms.

This clause does not apply to the extent that any loss was caused by our own unlawful conduct or negligence where liability cannot legally be excluded.

Where a change materially affects a paid service, we will act reasonably and in accordance with applicable consumer law.

Your continued use of our websites and services after updated Terms are published means the updated Terms will apply from that point forward, subject to any rights that cannot legally be waived.

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.

Subject to any rights you may have under applicable consumer law, disputes relating to these Terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales, Australia.

27. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any specific terms provided for a particular purchase, membership, program or service, form the agreement governing your use of our websites and services.
